From the 12th of June ALL same day urgent appointments will be put on a telephone triage with a GP who will then decide when you need to come in or if they can help within the telephone call.

The Patient Participation Group are a group of volunteers who are registered at this practice that assist the Practice in improving services to patients by working with the practice managers.

WALTHAM FOREST GP NETWORK
This service is provided on behalf of all Waltham Forest surgeries. It is available to ALL patients registered with a GP in the Borough of Waltham Forest.
If you would like to see a GP or Nurse:
Over the weekend: phone lines are open from 08:00 - 18:00. To book an appointment on Saturday & Sunday please phone 020 8519 3999.
In the week: phone lines are open from 12:00 - 20:00 to book appointments for the same day with appointment times between 18:00 - 22:00, please phone 0208 519 3999.
We are a committed and well established family GP Practice based in Walthamstow.
We pride ourselves in providing our patients with high standards of care in a friendly environment. We try to achieve this by working with and for our patients and the community and we are proud to be part of the Patient Participation Group (PPG).
Consultations are by appointments and can be booked in person or over the telephone. Pre-bookable are available up to 4 weeks in advance and a number of appointments are available for same day appointment requests.
Patients have the right to see the GP of their choice but this may cause a delay in being seen.

We aim to see patients within 20 minutes upon arrival of their appointment and if this is not the case then an explanation will be provided. We hope you will all bear with us, as some patient’s appointments can take longer than their scheduled appointment time.
All new patients are offered an appointment for a New Patient Health Check (NPHC) at the point of registration.
Our telephone lines are usually very busy, therefore we would like to kindly suggest that you only telephone between 08:00 and 10:00 if you need:
- to make either an appointment for that day
- urgent need of medical attention
- to cancel an existing appointment.
For all routine enquiries, results, administration enquiries please call after 11:00.
When booking an appointment you may be asked the nature of the call, this is purely to ensure that we direct your requirement to the appropriate person.
Access to the health centre and its consulting rooms are accessible for disabled visitors.
