Telephone Appointments – COVID-19

We offer a telephone appointment service at the practice for patients who wish to speak to a GP. If you feel you would benefit from a telephone appointment rather than being seen face to face in the surgery, please ask for this service.

The doctor will then phone you back at an allocated time. Please ensure you leave your preferred telephone number for the GP to call you and try and keep your line free.

A telephone appointment can either be requested on the day, by calling the practice as you would a face to face appointment, or can be booked in advance, again by calling the practice or using Patient Access. If you wish to book an appointment with your GP using Patient Access, please write telephone appointment in the appointment reason box.


If you think you have COVID-19 symptoms or you may have been exposed to the virus when travelling, please use the above service and do not come into the surgery.
